Get the docker from the below website

https://hub.docker.com/editions/community/docker-ce-desktop-mac/

After downloading and place it in application folder

then check

jitsunda@JITSUNDA-M-C3T1 ~ % docker --version        
Docker version 19.03.8, build afacb8b
jitsunda@JITSUNDA-M-C3T1 ~ %
